On the roof of a big shed next to a house in the countryside, the owner placed 77 big (330Wp) solar panels. A total of 25 kW peak power. The owner wants to be fully off-grid and has no grid connection.
In the early morning of the day of the commissioning there is a faint December sun.
At that time, the batteries al being charged with over 3 kW already. This is promising; it’s important that there is enough energy in the months December and January for the (-sparingly-) household. The rest of the year there will be no problem; then they’ll have a huge energy surplus.
